Kowa Camera Adapter TSN-PA8

The Kowa Digiscoping Adapter TSN-PA8 turns your Kowa telescope into an extremely powerful telephoto lens for your D-SLR, or Mirrorless/MFT camera. This allows you not only to experience stunningly sharp images of the world around you, but also to take greatly enlarged, detailed and vivid photos and videos with your camera.

You connect your camera with the TSN-PA8 directly to the body of the spotting scope via a T2 mount. This creates a powerful, yet lightweight and compact telephoto lens, compared to traditional telephoto lenses.

Designed for use with the Kowa TE-Z9B zoom eyepieces which are used in combination with the Kowa TSN-82SV/660M/600 series telescopes, among others. The design makes it possible to make full use of the zoom range of the eyepiece.

First you need to remove the eyepiece from the telescope to place the supplied ring where the adapter will be attached to. Now the ring is placed and the eyepiece can be placed back into the body. When the camera is attached to the adapter using an optional T2 adapter ring, it can be slid over the eyepiece and secured with the two screws.

The unit is now ready for use.

In some cases, you will need to change a setting in the menu of your camera because the camera does not detect a lens. You can find more information about this in the manual of your camera.
